What types of wood do you use for your furniture?
We prioritize sustainability and quality, primarily using solid hardwoods such as North American Walnut, White Oak, and Maple. All our timber is FSC-certified to ensure responsible forest management.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For our custom, made-to-order pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Woodchuck ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my Woodchuck products?
To maintain the natural beauty of the wood, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft cloth and using a wood-safe oil or wax every 6 months. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity changes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-built furniture and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Is assembly required for your furniture?
Most of our smaller pieces arrive fully assembled. For larger items like dining tables or bed frames, minor assembly is required. We provide all necessary hardware and easy-to-follow instructions.
